The off-duty update: A denim jumpsuit

Denim jumpsuits are the lazy woman’s way of tackling double denim, with the added bonus of being both comfortable and irresistibly cool. Styling-wise, you can treat them as you would your straight-leg jeans, although we’d suggest avoiding mixing in anything too voluminous – instead, wear them over T-shirts and slim-fit knits, shirts and blouses. For added definition, follow in the perennially chic footsteps of Chiara Capitani and Florrie Thomas by adding a waist-cinching belt. If you’re still worried about looking too much like a child (or a mechanic), steer clear of sneakers and wear them with block heels, kitten heels or this season’s best cowboy boots.
