Your current rewards tier is based on your net spend (excluding returns, taxes and duties) during the previous calendar year. 

Unless you're upgraded, you'll stay in your tier until the end of the calendar year. Once you meet the next tier’s spend threshold, you’ll be upgraded following the returns period.
