What is NET-A-PORTER Rewards?
Rewards is our loyalty program, where every item you buy takes you a step closer to unlocking exclusive rewards. Based on your annual spend, we will place you in one of our tiers: Bronze Silver, Gold, or EIP.Â
How did I qualify for my Rewards tier?
To be enrolled in NET‑A‑PORTER Rewards you must register an account on NET‑A‑PORTER as set out in our Registration and Account Terms & Conditions. If you're new to Rewards, you will be initially added to the Bronze tier.
Going forward, your tier is based on your spend during a calendar year. You can be upgraded at any time during the calendar year.
How long do I have my current Rewards tier status for?
Unless you're upgraded, you'll stay in your tier until the end of the calendar year. Once you meet the next tier’s spend threshold, you’ll be upgraded following the returns period
