Fashion’s finest put a graphic twist on tailoring at the recent FW18 shows, stepping out in super-chic check suits. Head-to-toe plaid might sound like an intimidating choice, but thanks to the clean lines and sharp cuts by the likes of Tibi, Monse and Off-White, these designs are easy-to-wear and infinitely versatile.
How to wear checks now? British fashion editor Sarah Harris added bright white accessories and a simple tee to her Gabriela Hearst two-piece; Sara Blomqvist Young put a sophisticated spin on model-off-duty style by sporting her co-ords with colored lenses and a prim top-handle bag; while stylist Tal Noy teamed her classic checks with on-trend cat-eye shades and heavy-duty boots.
