First thing in the morning…

…it’s definitely coffee before anything. Then I’ll give my face a good cleanse, and I try to get my workout done before I go to work. If I’m not rushing out, I like to read, too.

If my skin is particularly dry…

…I’ll go straight to my Noble Panacea The Brilliant Prime Radiance Serum. Sometimes, if I put heavier things on my skin and then I work out, my T-zone has a tendency to get quite clogged – but this serum feels like the perfect texture, so that doesn’t happen. After that, I use Noble Panacea The Brilliant Radiance Resilience Moisturizer. If I’m in a rush in the morning, it’s something I could easily do in the car – and it comes in daily doses, so you don’t waste any product. In the winter, I’ll use an eye cream more, because I need all the help I can get! And I do think water is a major component to good skin – I drink a lot of water. I’ve also started using Noble Panacea’s Exceptional Chronobiology Sleep Mask and The Sculpting Tool. The sculpting massage really helps me wind down, and I see a big difference when using it, as it helps shift the fluid under the skin – it’s the perfect thing to do before a big event.

I always buy a large coconut water before flying…

…and Genexa homeopathic jet-lag tablets are great if you need extra help adjusting to a new time zone.

I do an hour of Pilates in the morning with my trainer

There’s something very therapeutic about Pilates – especially getting on a reformer. I also enjoy yoga. Claudia Mirallegro has some incredible online classes that you can sign up for and do from the comfort of your own home.

My makeup artist taught me the perfect cat-eye liner look

I always used to go overboard and would then have to wash it off. But my makeup artist, Alex Babsky, showed me that the trick is to always start from the outside of your eye and move towards the center of your face. I always used to start in the middle of my eyelid and draw it out. And if I’m going out, my brows are the most important thing for me – I like a full brow and eyebrow gel, usually the MAC Clear Eyebrow Gel.

Skincare wasn’t something I thought about much…

…until a friend introduced me to a facialist in London called Jasmina Vico. She educated me about the importance of skincare and how it can signal what’s going on in your body; she also taught me that your skin reacts to what you put in your body. Of course, you look after it from the outside, but what happens inside determines a lot.

I love to have a candle-lit hot bath with salts and relaxing music playing

Ilapothecary has a magnesium-and-amethyst soak that smells like a spa – and I also like to use a clay mask once a week to help with any oil build-up. I do like to try and create my own version of a spa at home, as I’ve become more aware of taking the time out of my day to just wind down and look after myself. I always apply Noble Panacea’s The Brilliant Overnight Recharge Cream before bed – we always focus on our face, but I try to remember to not stop at my jawline… and when I wake up, my skin feels so hydrated.

The best life advice I’ve been given…

…was a quote my friend sent me recently that said, “Inspiration exists, but it has to find you working.”

When I can’t sleep…

…I like to burn incense – that always helps me to immediately relax, as well as a nice long, hot bath. I’ll spray Ilapothecary’s Beat the Blues Room Spray in the air above my bed and I like to play mellow music. Give me a good old Spotify playlist of ocean waves and I’m out before you know it!
