IN THE MORNING

As soon as I wake up…

…I check my phone and brush my teeth.

I have a quick morning regimen

I pull my hair back with a Slip hair tie – they’re my favorites – and if it’s a wash day, I also put a treatment on my hair to sit, like [one from] Olapex. For my skin, I use Charlotte Tilbury’s Magic Cream Moisturizer and Dr. Barbara Sturm’s Sun Drops SPF50, then I lightly spritz on Baccarat Rouge 540 by Maison Francis Kurkdjian. I love Charlotte Tilbury’s foundation and bronzer; Pat McGrath Labs’ Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection Concealer is so creamy, with such good coverage; and I always use Shiseido eyeliner because it’s so precise.

On a ‘bad face’ day…

…I call my girl over from Mint Skin to tackle [it]. I typically have her come over before or after big events or fashion week, when I know I’ll be wearing a lot of makeup and have a lot of hands on my skin.

My best travel tips are…

…pack sheet masks and use them when you land. Plus, try to get on your new time zone – don’t fall asleep if you land at 4pm or you’ll be up all night and exhausted the next day. Also, do a full skincare session at home before your flight – when you land, your skin will thank you for the extra love.

I hate cardio…

…but it gives me the results I want the quickest. I prefer anything that’s fun and active, like circuits with friends.

When it comes to food…

…I’ll try anything, but I don’t typically like eggplant, zucchini or mushrooms. However, it depends on how they’re prepared.

The best advice I’ve been given is…

…do what you love and it won’t feel like work.

IN THE EVENING

I’m quite disciplined when it comes to my skin…

…I definitely try to do skincare every night – if I miss a night, I really want to get on it the next day. Every evening, I’ll do a double cleanse, a mask, toner, serums, moisturizer and then oil. I also like using body scrubs at night because I feel like my moisturizer is really penetrating that top layer of skin, which is important because it repairs overnight.

My best beauty tip is…

…always wash off your makeup before bed, for sure – it’s tried and true!

When I have something special coming up…

…rather than doing anything the night before, I prefer to do a peel at least four days prior to an event to let my skin have time to heal. But I’ll definitely also use a mask the day before and ensure I’ve moisturized my skin well, too.

It’s so important to take time for yourself...

...because you can’t pour into anyone else’s cup when yours is empty. I recently went to SHA Wellness Clinic and it was a big eye opener for me.

Laser hair removal is a life-changer

I go to SEV Laser in NYC a few times a year, but it makes life a breeze.

If I’m feeling wired but tired…

…I’ll try a cup of chamomile tea, a warm bath and lavender essential oil. I hate taking too much medication, but if all else fails I’ll pop a sleeping pill.

On my nightstand, I have…

…lip balm, The Book Of Secrets by Deepak Chopra, and rose quartz.
