IN THE MORNING

I hit the snooze button…

…about three times. If I have a call time, I’ll wake up between 5:30am and 6:30am, or I’ll sleep until 1pm if I have a rare day off.

I start my day…

…with a cup of English breakfast tea with almond milk. I’m a big believer in intermittent fasting so I don’t eat anything until 1pm. It’s not about weight loss; I’m so busy in the morning, I don’t want another thing to add to my already lengthy to-do list.

I haven’t worked out in nine months…

…and I’m fine with that. I used to be a Tracy Anderson fanatic, and I loved reformer Pilates, SLT in New York and Barry’s Bootcamp. But I now choose sleep over working out, and I’m actually happier and at my most comfortable. My schedule is full-on, and trying to fit in a workout just adds to the stress.

My in-flight regime is extensive…

…I’m always traveling on a plane so I use it as ‘me’ time. I’m obsessed with hydration, so I make sure I’m moisturized from head to toe. I layer SkinCeuticals B5 Hydrating Gel under a Verso Intense Facial Mask, use eye and nasal drops, Drunk Elephant Lippe Balm, and apply and then reapply Ouai Hair Oil to keep my hair sleek and manageable throughout the flight.

If I’m tired, I get puffy eyes…

…so I use Marianna Hewitt’s Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask, which is incredible. It has the same effect as Preparation H, the hemorrhoid cream that the ’90s supermodels used to tighten and firm up the eye area.

IN THE EVENING

I don’t have time for baths…

…so I’m a shower girl. After a day of shooting, when I’ve been using a lot of product, I really feel it in my nose, so I spritz eucalyptus spray in the shower to clear my sinuses and my head – it’s so invigorating. If my body aches and I’m super-stiff from shooting or traveling, I pop on a Salonpas pain relief patch, which is like a big patch of Tiger Balm. Kris Jenner got me onto them and now I give them to all my friends.

I like to cocktail my shampoos…

…I use two different shampoos to wash my hair – Ouai Volume Shampoo at the roots and my Repair Shampoo at the ends (I have an oily scalp and dry, highlighted ends). I’ve been doing this for years and get my clients including Chrissy Teigen, Bella Hadid, Kendall Jenner and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley to do the same – it makes such a difference and helps to balance my hair out.

I listen to white noise…

…if I’m wired but tired. At home, my husband and I have two white-noise machines in our bedroom and use them every night – it creates a soothing, womb-like sensation. When I travel, I use the Relax Melodies app to listen to a mix of white and pink noise (a lower frequency to white noise).

On my bedside table…

…is a S’well reusable bottle filled with water. I’ve made a conscious effort to recycle all the plastic bottles in our house. I also have Sunday Riley Luna Sleeping Night Oil, which is to die for. I take a probiotic every night, B12 and Ouai Haircare Thinning Hair Supplement, which helps my hair grow so fast – I’m thinking of growing out my lob. And I always use a black Slip Silk Eye Mask when I sleep, especially when I travel as not all hotel rooms have blackout curtains.

I’ve tried meditation…

…but it annoys me. My husband has even been trained in Transcendental Meditation at the David Lynch Foundation Center for Health & Wellness in LA, but it just feels like another thing on my never-ending to-do list – I don’t have the time or patience.
