Which look from the shoot best reflects your personal style and why?

“It has to be the Nour Hammour ‘Drey’ jacket and jeans look. Clothes should make you feel comfortable in your own skin, giving you the confidence to go about your daily life with ease, and this look did that for me. The simple T-shirt and knitted cardigan combo provided a comfortable base, while the jacket offered a practical layer yet still felt fashion-forward. I’m also convinced that Agolde’s ‘Kelly’ jeans may be my new favorite denim shape – I love how the high-rise waist and straight legs create a lengthening effect. Plus, the true-blue wash is a wardrobe staple for me, as it’s so versatile, whether worn to the office, at the weekend or in the evening with a nice top and heels.”

What’s your favorite FW24 trend and how will you incorporate it into your look?

“For FW24, we dubbed ‘Work-Hard Workwear’ a key trend, where designers presented a masterclass in styling and provided an abundance of tips on how to update your office wardrobe. Matthieu Blazy doubled up on shirting at Bottega Veneta, Jonathan Anderson took the classic shirt and added a belt for the ultimate cool-girl take on workwear at Loewe, and Louise Trotter presented an elegant approach to office ensembles at Carven, pairing scarf blouses with pencil skirts. I’ll be taking note by looking at ways to make my office wardrobe work harder, whether it’s playing with proportion, layering or adding sleek new-season accessories.”

What items are on your new-season wish list?

“I always find the transition from summer to fall quite difficult, as I never seem ready to give up wearing open-toe shoes and lightweight dresses. However, each season, I will review my wardrobe and take note of the items I feel are missing. For fall, I’m on the hunt for the perfect tote bag that’s bigger than the ones I already own, to ensure space for all my essentials for a busy September. Bottega Veneta’s ‘Andiamo’ style is top of my list.”

What is your favorite item from the shoot and how would you style it?

“The Gucci jacket is a stunning piece; it’s super-versatile and would make any outfit feel elevated and put together. I love the ’60s vibe its giving as well. For the office, it would look chic worn open over a ribbed vest and a bias-cut skirt with sandals or smart loafers. To finish, I’d add dainty jewelry, my vintage Gucci watch, and a tote big enough to carry my laptop. Off-duty, I’d echo how it was styled for the shoot with straight-leg jeans and some beautiful shoes, or if I’m feeling more casual, I’d wear a pair of Adidas Originals ‘Samba’ sneakers. For an event, I’d swap out jeans for a satin midi dress and style with Manolo Blahnik’s ‘Maysale’ mules in red velvet.”

What’s your favorite FW24 trend and how will you incorporate it into your look?

“I loved the head-to-toe burgundy looks seen at Ferragamo, Saint Laurent and Emilia Wickstead this season. The color is stunning and will be easy to incorporate into my everyday looks. I think a sweater or blouse in deep merlot tones would be lovely.”

How do you care for your clothes?

“I try to be mindful of extending the lifespan of my wardrobe by resoling shoes and mending torn fabrics or broken zippers. I’m also a keen sewer and taught myself how to adjust and tailor my own clothes. I’d recommend finding a great dry cleaner who you trust, which is particularly important for delicate fabrics like leather and silk; and avoid wearing suede or velvet in the rain!”

What staple pieces do you always have on rotation for the office?

“A good pair of blue jeans and a white shirt, because they work all year round and go with everything. I try to stick to good-quality basics that I know will last, introducing a few new pieces each season that will complement the rest of my wardrobe.”

I’m a sucker for head-to-toe denim… I’d maybe add a belt to elevate the look for the office, but otherwise it requires very little effort to style

What is your favorite item from the shoot and how would you style it?

“My favorite piece is the Stella McCartney suit. I love the relaxed shape, which makes it feel effortless without losing any of its requisite polish, and the deep burgundy shade. For the office, I’d wear it exactly how it was styled on the shoot. For an event, I’d perhaps try a barely-there camisole instead of a tank top, and off-duty I’d swap heels for flats.”

Which look from the shoot best reflects your personal style and why?

“Probably the Frame jumpsuit – I’m a sucker for head-to-toe denim and this is an easy way to embrace the look. I’d maybe add a belt to elevate it for the office, but otherwise it requires very little effort to style, which is ideal on days when there’s little time to think about what to wear.”

Which NET-A-PORTER brands are your favorite for wardrobe staples and why?

“Toteme, Khaite, Proenza Schouler and Agolde are long-time favorites of mine. I love the clean lines of their designs, plus they’re all very timeless and versatile.”
